Evaluasi Usability pada Learning Management System OpenLearning Menggunakan System Usability Scale

Salah satu dampak covid-19 pada bidang pendidikan adalah proses pembelajaran harus diselenggarakan secara dalam jaringan (daring). Berbagai bentuk Learning Management System (LMS) digunakan oleh Perguruan Tinggi untuk mendukung kelancaran pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan evaluasi usability LMS OpenLearning. Langkah penelitian dimulai dengan menentukan obyek penelitian, data yang digunakan, serta menggunakan metode Usability Scale berupa penentuan skenario, memilih responden, mengumpulkan dan penghitungan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan skor penilaian berada angka 61.03. Walau demikian aplikasi memiliki nilai cukup, keterangan acceptability marginal, grade scale D adjective rating ok .
